This is a project I completed during my first year of studying Communication & Multimedia Design. My team and I designed an application that informs and assists individuals in reducing their sedentary behavior.
Our focus was on UI design, ensuring that the application was user-friendly and visually appealing. By integrating principles of behavioral psychology and gamification, we aimed to motivate users to adopt healthier habits and increase their overall physical activity levels.

In this app, we have incorporated gamification elements such as points, badges, and levels to make the user’s experience more interactive and enjoyable. By earning points and unlocking badges, users are rewarded for their efforts and are encouraged to keep progressing. Additionally, unlocking a new level provides a sense of achievement and satisfaction, driving the user to continue using the app. With gamification, we hope to create a fun and rewarding experience for our users, while also encouraging them to develop new skills and knowledge
