GELEEN’S GREEN CAMPAIGN

As part of our school project, we had the privilege of developing a campaign for Geleen that promotes its unique DNA. Our team decided to advocate for the cause of nature by promoting the creation of more green spaces and raising awareness about the numerous benefits of integrating nature into the city.

Our campaign, titled “Create Your Own Green,” is aimed at inspiring residents to think about how they can green their own surroundings. Through our focus on creativity, community, and a meaningful experience, we worked with local primary school children to create art pieces inspired by the natural world, which will be displayed in public spaces to bring beauty and calm to otherwise dull and gray areas. Our goal is to encourage residents to consider the importance of nature in the city and take action in their own lives, from adding plants to their gardens to collaborating on neighborhood gardens. we also created an app that provides users tools and resources to help them create their own green space. it also allows users to connect with one another to share tips and ideas.
