about this project

FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO educatE children from grades 6-7-8 in Heerlen about the captivating world of the Romans. Through the creation of a digital board game, WE invite CHILDREN’S to step into the shoes of archaeologists on a quest for ancient artifacts. By FLIPPING THE TAILS OF THE DIGITAL BOARD GAME, they uncover DIFFERENT artifacts, triggering engaging stories that unveil the significance of each discovery and its connection to the characters involved. These stories provide context and bring the artifacts to life, BRINGING  a deeper understanding of Roman history and culture. To enhance the learning experience, WE included interactive mini-games that align with the themes of each story. These games allow students to actively participate in activities related to the storyline, reinforcing their knowledge and making the learning process enjoyable and interactive. THE GAME offers a collection of downloadable stories, each with its own unique artifacts and narratives. This ensures a diverse range of learning opportunities, allowing teachers and students to explore various aspects of Roman history and expand their knowledge at their own pace.
